Hair Brush
I want the perfect hair brush; ecologically responsible, durable, easily created from commonly found materials, encouraging my personal health. I was brushing my hair today when the image coalesced in my mind's eye.
The bristles on my plastic brush keep breaking off - stainless steel, spring steel, pins with rounded heads (the side touching my scalp) would be better. The pins would need to have a larger bead on the other end of the pin shaft to keep the pin in the brush.
A dense, water resistant wooden back of the brush would be nice. Drop the pins through holes in the brush back. Put another piece of wood over the brush back to keep the pins from escaping.
That's it. Maybe the rounded pin ends could be covered with colored ceramic tips.
