What motivates me, what cause?

I am the cause. I am riding my bicycle around the world. I am on a solo, self-supporting or fully-loaded, world bike tour. That's what some people call what I am doing. People keep asking if I have a cause I am doing this for or am I just doing this for fun. I am doing it my way – very little damage to anyone or anything, a whole lot of thoughtful creativity, loving detail, depth of vision and otter fun. I want to be worldly and cultures, to learn more politeness, to continuously explore inner and outer, gain faith, wisdom and self.

Years before I left, I knew people who lost their job, home, business, marriage or everything. I wondered how I could help them, I met many more since then. Then I was faced with similar losses. How could I survive and succeed and help them all at the same time? People tell me what I am doing inspires and excites them. Helping all of us, everybody facing challenges, is my cause. We are the cause.
